Enable Free Text Input for Check-in

  1. Visit: https://portal.moodly.education/organisations

  2. Next click on the School Settings tab

  1. Now click on the School Default Zones

  1. Next you will need to click on the Edit button of the Zone you would like to enable free text for.

  1. Enable Show Wellness Followup and Allow FreeText Followup. Then click Save

  1. Repeat these steps for each Zone you would like to enable Free Text Follow Up for.

  2. Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save icon.
